Mobile solutions provider Moblico launched a new tool to help wholesale distributors turn customer conversations into streamlined, AI-powered workflows.
Launched on September 24, ProAssist AI brings conversations across multiple systems (text, email, chat, WhatsApp, phone call and walk-in visits) into a single workspace. The technology allows distribution teams to “instantly recognize key details” and launches the right workflow—such as search, quotes, orders, returns, warranty requests and more.
“ProAssist AI kick-starts workflows directly from conversations,” Moblico CEO Pierre Barbeau said. “Instead of copying and pasting across tabs, teams can launch an order or return in a click. It’s about removing friction and delivering faster, more personal service.”
The solution is designed so that counter staff spend less time toggling systems and more time serving contractors; sales reps get timely prompts to suggest add-ons, boosting order value; contractors receive faster, more accurate responses that build loyalty; and teams under pressure gain a “second set of hands at the counter.”

ProAssist AI extends Moblico’s Engagement Engine, a platform refined with distributors over 15 years. The Engagement Engine powers personalized campaigns, loyalty programs and mobile engagement that drive revenue and retention.
“Together, they give distributors the ability to reach contractors with precision—and respond instantly when they engage,” company officials said.
Earlier this year, Moblico also launched OrderAssist AI, a tool to automate unstructured order processing.
