Stephen Perencevich Passes Away
Stephen “Sonny” Perencevich, vice president, member development, for IMARK Plumbing passed away on May 20 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Stephen was born on March 10, 1942 in Lackawanna, New York. Known for his tireless work ethic and his sales skills, Stephen’s contributions have been significant to our group’s overall success. Stephen had a very convincing and methodical way about him that made him very successful in business and in life. He had a unique style all his own and was able to make a point and get across his message in a way most people can not. We will miss Stephen’s friendship and his wonderful and positive personality.
Randall J. Porter Passes Away
Randall J. Porter passed away in June at the age of 57. He served as president and co-owner of Porter Metal Co. from February 1993 to present and is the second generation of the family-owned business. He was a man that was always there for anyone who had a need or a problem.
His hobbies outside of work were hunting, archery, photography, being outside and spending time at his cabin. His greatest joy was helping his children with their hobbies and watching them grow and be successful in their adventures.
He was a charter member of the Suffield Jaycees and in his early years spent many hours volunteering and serving the community. He was preceded in death by parents Richard and Ruth Porter and sister Kay Lee and is survived by his wife Jackie, son Justin (Liz), daughter Jillian (Tony) Simone, grandson Rhett Simone, brother Rick (Debra), along with other family members and friends.
Services were held June 6. Memorials can be made to Cleveland Clinic transplant team. Please make checks payable to Cleveland Clinic, P.O. Box 931517, Cleveland, Ohio, 44193. In the memo line, please write “Fund T56021” and to whom the donation is made in memory.
