Welcome to the August issue of IMARK TODAY!

As we head into the latter half of the year, please assess your company’s engagement with key IMARK programs and resources. Remember, utilizing all available group resources while supporting IMARK suppliers has proven to consistently drive members to maximize their earnings and achieve success within the group. You have the power to control your success by utilizing these resources.

  • GainShare: Strive to achieve all GainShare goals with each of your GainShare supplier partners. Attaining GainShare goals allows your company to enhance its overall financial return through the group and capture market share with your GainShare supplier partners. Review the monthly GainShare YTD Status Report to track performance in achieving your GainShare goals. Take advantage of the GainShare Mid-Year Review planning tool. The planning tool helps member and supplier planning partners stay on track or get on track toward achieving your GainShare goals.
  • IMARK University is a key resource for employee development. It has received several new learning models from Armacell, A.Y. McDonald, Diablo and T&S Brass & Bronze. Year to date, IMARK member employees have enrolled in close to 5,500 courses. Getting your employees up and running on IMARK University is a simple process and only takes a few minutes; contact Kaitlyn Martel at kmartel@imarkgroup.com for additional assistance.
  • The IMARK Dashboard provides multiple analytical tools to help you better manage your overall relationship with the group. In real-time, the dashboard tracks your year-to-date purchase performance with IMARK suppliers and provides status reports on the group’s attainment to achieve annual group growth stretch goals. The tool also gives you insight into gaining additional rebate revenue by converting purchases from non-approved IMARK suppliers to approved IMARK suppliers.
  • Fill It Now marketplace enables IMARK and BLUE HAWK members to buy and sell products within an internal online marketplace. Think of Fill It Now as a virtual warehouse allowing members to expand their product offerings without buying inventory while offering your customers a broader range of products. Please review the Fill It Now article on page 78 for more information.
  • As of press time, 10 banner ads are posted on the IMARK Portal. Banner advertising provides IMARK suppliers with an effective way to keep IMARK member employees informed about new products. Each banner ad includes a “Call to Action” plan, providing IMARK member employees with greater detail on the featured products and resources to access such product sales brochures or links to training material. Each ad also includes member feedback questions, providing employees with a quick way to rate the products that are being promoted. Each time a member employee reviews and rates a banner ad, they can earn a $25 gift card distributed to randomly selected viewers. Year to date, IMARK member employees have submitted close to 1,500 feedback responses, providing IMARK suppliers with valuable marketing data on new product releases.
