A.O. Smith Names Environmental, Social and Governance Director
A. O. Smith Corporation recently announced the appointment of Noelle Brigham as the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) director. Brigham will lead and drive all aspects of the ESG initiatives while developing a long-term strategy for the company’s global commitments and strategy in this field.
Brigham is a licensed professional engineer and envision sustainability professional with more than 20 years of experience in sustainability and environmental engineering in the consumer products and consulting industries. In her sustainability role at S. C. Johnson & Son Inc., Brigham created global strategies and led international implementation plans for research, development and engineering for consumer product formulation and packaging. As an instructor, professor of practice in the Opus College of Engineering at Marquette University, she developed a new sustainability management executive education program.

George Warner Retires from Brasscraft
After 27 years of dedicated service with Brasscraft, George Werner, vice president of sales, has retired. The company congratulates him on his three decades of service and his contributions to the industry and wishes him well in retirement.
Mike Roberts will lead the unified global Sales, Marketing and Product Development organization as vice president, sales and marketing. A 12-year Masco veteran, he joined Brasscraft as the vice president of marketing and product development in 2018, previously having managed the fixtures business at Delta Faucet Co. for nine years. Roberts brings more than two decades of experience in the home improvement industry, both in the United States and Europe, to his new role.

A. O. Smith has introduced the Voltex® AL (anti-leak) hybrid electric heat pump water heater to its family of residential products. This unit brings to market a first-of-its-kind water heating solution with integrated leak detection, smart connectivity and updated water connections for professionals and homeowners seeking a highly efficient, intuitive and user-friendly product.
