This past June, we experienced an especially heartwarming moment that brought that spirit to life. On June 10, 2025, two IMARK teammates welcomed baby boys on the exact same day, creating a shared milestone that has quickly become one of our favorite stories of the year.

Early that morning, Kaitlyn Martel, director of marketing, and her husband Dan celebrated the arrival of their son, Daniel. Just hours later, Jackson Zingsheim, who joined IMARK as director of business intelligence in September, and his wife Katie welcomed their son, Xander. The coincidence has delighted team members across the organization— two colleagues, two boys, one unforgettable shared birthday.

Although Kaitlyn and Jackson weren’t yet coworkers when their sons were born, the parallel timing of their family milestones created an immediate and meaningful connection once Jackson joined the team. As they now collaborate across major IMARK initiatives, the shared June 10 birthday has become a fun and uplifting bond that never fails to bring a smile to those who hear the story.

Moments like this serve as a reminder of what makes IMARK truly special. We celebrate success in the workplace, of course, but we take just as much pride in honoring the milestones that matter most at home.
