STRONG MOMENTUM
SHARED STRENGTH
AND OPPORTUNITY AHEAD IN 2026

John Aykroyd President

Welcome to the November issue of IMARK TODAY!

As we move into the early months of 2026, one thing remains clear: meaningful opportunities continue to exist for independent distributors who stay adaptable, informed and connected. While 2025 brought notable shifts across the industry—from evolving market dynamics to changing workforce expectations, those changes helped sharpen our focus and further strengthen the foundation of IMARK and its members.

We enter this year with strong momentum built on progress across the organization—and a culture grounded in relationships. At IMARK, we often describe our network as a family. That sense of connection, trust and shared responsibility continues to shape how we support one another, grow together and navigate change as a collective.

Our HVAC vertical continues to gain traction, with new suppliers joining the program and increased member engagement as the offering expands. Recent additions including Little Giant Pumps, Metal-Fab and MARS further strengthen the depth and credibility of the program. In Waterworks, the addition of Star Pipe Products has already delivered positive results, reinforcing the strength of that vertical and supporting continued growth. Within Luxury Products Group, we are also pleased to welcome Bello as a new vendor, expanding our portfolio and creating new opportunities for collaboration across our community.

Across IMARK, momentum continues to build through infrastructure investment, supplier innovation, technological advancement and the strength of long-standing partnerships— many of which span decades. One area gaining increasing importance is artificial intelligence (AI). As AI becomes more prevalent across our industry, IMARK remains committed to leading the conversation—helping members and suppliers understand its impact, identify practical applications and prepare thoughtfully for what lies ahead.

This issue of IMARK Today reflects the conversations taking place across our membership and within our broader IMARK family. From succession planning and workforce challenges to supplier features, AI insights and market outlooks, the articles included are designed to provide perspective, spark ideas and support informed decision-making.

At the same time, our focus remains firmly rooted in delivering value—through strong supplier partnerships, data-driven programs, education and collaboration across all IMARK verticals. The collective knowledge, shared experience and people-first culture within this group remain among our greatest strengths.

Thank you for your continued engagement and trust in IMARK. We look forward to building on this momentum together and continuing to support one another in the months ahead.

Thank you, and enjoy the February issue!
