Welcome to the winter issue of IMARK Plumbing NOW! In this issue we have many exciting developments to share with you.
Please welcome Francesca Messina and Kaitlyn Isola to the IMARK team. Both Francesca and Kaitlyn grew up within the plumbing industry and offer first-hand knowledge and experience with wholesale distribution.
Francesca Messina, senior director of marketing, is a familiar face to many in the plumbing industry, having grown up in the business and spending the last eight years in various marketing roles for some of the biggest names in plumbing wholesaling.
“The ever-evolving nature of our business demands fresh perspective, forward thinking and modern strategy,” Francesca said. “Together, my team and I will reshape the way our industry thinks about impactful marketing. With this sentiment I proudly return to the LPG and IMARK team.”
Adding further talent and experience to the group’s marketing team, Kaitlyn Isola, director of marketing, has worked to build trade and showroom marketing programs, spearhead operational initiatives and manage leading industry brands while working for several of the largest national plumbing distributors and supply houses in the country.
“It is an absolute joy to once again be working in an industry I have such passion for, and to be doing so as a member of an organization made up of true visionaries,” Kaitlyn said. “As I begin my career at IMARK and LPG, I am confident that the team and I will successfully support the members and suppliers of each buying group and introduce a new era of modern marketing to the industry.”
IMARK members can now begin to create 2022 GainShare plans. GainShare offers members the opportunity to set purchase objectives with select supplier partners. Members are encouraged to conduct joint sales and marketing activities with local sales reps to drive sales growth, gain market share and increase profits for both members and suppliers.
More than 40 IMARK suppliers are offering one or multiple GainShare plans. Recently announced, the 2022 Supplier Gold/Platinum program and the 2022 Member Premier program provide recognition to suppliers and members that are fully engaged with supporting IMARK initiatives. Both programs provide a roadmap for suppliers and members that intend to maximize their affiliation within the group. Status is recognized based on activities accomplished and results achieved for the calendar year. Suppliers and members that achieve status on the programs gain preferential consideration to attend the IMARK Summer Invitational Meeting. In just over a year, since the launch of IMARK Irrigation, Waterworks and PVF, the group has experienced rapid growth. Today, 155 member companies with more than 320 branch locations and more than 40 supplier partners participate in these new verticals.
