2022 IMARK Member Premier Program

The IMARK Premier program recognizes members that are fully engaged with IMARK Plumbing and the IMARK Plumbing Suppliers. The program also provides a road map for members that intend to maximize the full benefits for their membership. Status is recognized based on activities accomplished and results achieved for the 2022 calendar year.

This program is structured to reflect difference based on member company size. Separate versions have been created for members in AAA (large), AA (medium) and A (small).

No enrollment process required. IMARK Plumbing tracks each member’s progress toward Premier status on the IMARK website. Members can view their “Report Card” indicating progress.

Required points:
Select = Between 65 and 74 points
Elite = Between 75 and 99 points
Premier = 100 or more points

1. 2022 Purchase Performance
   Members in the top 50th percentile for IMARK supplier purchase performance growth relative to other IMARK members in your size category – 10 points
   Members in the top 30th percentile for IMARK supplier purchase performance growth relative to other IMARK members in your size category – 12 points
   Members in the top 15th percentile for IMARK supplier purchase performance growth relative to other IMARK members in your size category – 15 points
2. Dashboard Compliant
   Members that consistently upload all purchase order information into the Dashboards -15 points.
3. Develop 2022 GainShare plans with participating IMARK Suppliers
   Develop GainShare plans with at least 5 participating IMARK suppliers – 7 points
   Develop GainShare plans with at least 6-10 participating IMARK suppliers – 9 points
   Develop GainShare plans with at least 11-14 participating IMARK suppliers – 11 points
   Develop GainShare plans with at least 15 or more participating IMARK suppliers – 15 points
4. Complete GainShare mid-year review update forms with your 2022 GainShare supplier partners
   Submit GainShare Mid-year update forms (online) to 25%-34% of your supplier partners - 5 points
   Submit GainShare Mid-year update forms (online) to 35%-44% of your supplier partners - 8 points
   Submit GainShare Mid-year update forms (online) to 45% or more of your supplier partners - 10 points

5. Achieve 2022 purchase goals for your GainShare programs
   Achieve purchase goal for at least one plan with 30%-34% of your 2022 GainShare partners – 15 points
   Achieve purchase goal for at least one plan with 35%-39% of your 2022 GainShare partners – 18 points
   Achieve purchase goal for at least one plan with 40%-44% of your 2022 GainShare partners – 22 points
   Achieve purchase goal for 45% or more of your 2022 GainShare programs – 25 points
6. Purchasing from minimum number of IMARK Suppliers
   Purchase from at least 40-49 IMARK suppliers in 2022 – 9 points
   Purchase from at least 50-59 IMARK suppliers in 2022 – 12 points
   Purchase from at least 60 or more IMARK suppliers in 2022 – 15 points
7. IMARK Website Banner Ad Participation
   Companies with 2-3 employees that review and rate at least 5 banner ads earn 4 points
   Companies with 4-5 employees that review and rate at least 5 banner ads earn 6 points
   Companies with 6+ employees that review and rate at least 5 banner ads earn 10 points
8. Learning on IMARK University
   1 employee that takes at least 10 IMARK U course during 2022 – 10 points
   2-3 employees that takes at least 10 IMARK U course during 2022 – 12 points
   4 or more employees that takes at least 10 IMARK U course during 2022 – 15 points
9. Learning on IMARK xTeach
   Employees must complete a minimum number of courses (both Featured Learning Paths and/or Sponsor Content Learning Paths) during 2022 to earn points.
   2-4 employees that takes at least 10 xTeach course during 2022 – 10 points
   5 or more employees that takes at least 10 xTeach course during 2022 – 15 points
10. IMARK 2023 Executive Sales Outlook Survey
    Complete the 2023 Executive Sale Outlook survey in the IMARK website by the stated deadline - 5 points
11. Completion of Platinum Surveys
    IMARK Plumbing member will earn 2 points for completing “each” IMARK survey designated as “Platinum” by the published deadline.
12. Refer a Wholesaler to IMARK Plumbing
    IMARK Plumbing member will earn 5 points by referring a wholesaler to IMARK Plumbing. Points award once the wholesaler membership application is approved.
