Current Initiatives and What’s Ahead
In 2025, North South Supply continues to push forward with key initiatives. CEO/COO Anthony Donatelli says, “The recent launch of our centralized Distribution Center marks a pivotal point in our plan. It allows for more consistent stock levels at our branches and faster special-order fulfillment.”
The branch experience is also being overhauled, starting with a complete reset of the Vero Beach branch. The goal? Elevate the in-store customer experience, focusing on clean displays, guided selling zones and self-service enhancements.

The company is also expanding its physical footprint, with plans to open a new location in Port St. Lucie. This expansion will target a fastgrowing market and new customer segments and complete a strategically balanced branch network across the region.
Looking ahead, the company is building an outside sales team, adding an area manager for northern branches, and filling key Purchasing, Branch Support and Sales Management positions aimed at scaling smartly while maintaining operational excellence.
