In our March issue, the article “Stronger Relationships, Greater Success” featured the AIM/R organization and its commitment to aiding and supporting manufacturers’ sales representatives. Stronger and more effective partnerships among IMARK members and their local sales representatives are essential in driving sales growth and market share gain. We recognize and appreciate the professional approach and efforts sales representatives offer to the IMARK membership. Starting with this issue and forward, we will feature a profile article on AIM/R Agency. On page 22, please review the article “Spirit Group Inc.: A Legacy Built on Spirit, Partnership and Perseverance,” which highlights the Spirit Group in Orlando, Florida.

To additionally improve our partnerships, we have added a new supplier sales tool. In our announcements of new products/product lines and with IMARK promotions, when requested by the supplier, we will include an automated form for any member to request a sales rep contact to discuss their interest. This will facilitate rep engagement and help our suppliers’ management teams focus their efforts on our organization.
