LIXIL Acquires Basco
LIXIL recently announced its acquisition of Basco, a national shower door business with a complete line of shower doors with tempering and installation capacities.
Bringing together the expertise of Basco and LIXIL will lead to market expansion and innovations. LIXIL plans to operate Basco as a separate business unit, reporting to the LIXIL Americas Commercial organization for the foreseeable future.
