The Part Works Announces New Branch Location

The Part Works Inc. recently announced its new branch location in Portland, Oregon.

Tim Johnson, marketing manager, said, “This is an exciting moment for The Part Works, not just because we’ve successfully launched a new branch, but because we’ve doubled down on our core customer value with this branch. With Portland, we’re no longer a warehouse and a will-call counter; we’ve created a repair parts-centric showroom, demonstrating the depth and breadth of the product solutions we provide our customers.”

“In addition, we’ve designated a 25-person live training room in the building specifically to host our regular, manufacturer-sponsored training events,” Johnson continued. “In this way, The Part Works provides not just the product but the best practices, know-how, tips and tricks on maintaining facility plumbing, directly from the manufacturer. As always, we continue to believe in the in-person experience. We now have not one but two field reps ready to visit customer facilities to help identify and source the right solutions based on that faculty spec.”
